The Sudbury Street townhomes were built in the late 1990s and are among the earliest townhome developments in the King West and Liberty Village neighbourhoods. King West Village South (MTCC1286) consists of the three-level stacked townhomes on the south side of Sudbury St. The lower floors are a single level, the main floor suites are a single level, and the upper level suites have three levels including a rooftop terrace with views overlooking the neighbourhood. Resident parking consists of a surface parking lot behind the units.
